Meet your Instructor

Mel Buchko

Mel was introduced to the fitness industry at a very early age, watching her mom choreograph her fitness classes and tediously create playlists on her tape deck. Now, Mel instructs her own fitness classes and is very thankful she does not have to use a tape deck for her playlists.

Mel is a SPRA Certified Fitness Leader, holds a Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Certification and in 2020 received a bootybarre Instructor Certificate. She has been teaching various movement classes since 2011 and looks forward to many more years. Mel believes in the importance of movement for a healthy mind and body.
